Party FAQ

  • How far in advance should I schedule my party?
    We recommend about 4 weeks, however during the cold months, we suggest 4-6 weeks. Our most popular times usually go first. We accept reservations for as far as 1 year in advance.
  • How do I schedule an Ole Brook Jump & Jive party?
    It’s easy! Just give us a call and we will be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, FAQ_1you can book online or via email.
  • Do I have to know my head count and other options when I reserve my party?
    No. We will call you 2 – 3 days before your scheduled party date to confirm your head count. You can adjust your order for food and other options at that time.
  • Is deposit required?
    A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. You may pay over the phone with a credit or debit card, no checks. The deposit is applied to the party price and the balance is due and payable at check-in on the day of your party.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    No. All deposits are non-refundable. However, this deposit may be applied to a future party within 6 months if canceled 14 or more days before the party date. A $25 re-booking fee will be charged.
  • How is the deposit paid?
    Your deposit can be paid via cash or credit card. If you do not use a credit card to pay your deposit, we require that you supply us with a valid credit card to put on file. This credit card will be charged $1.00 to ensure its validity. This credit card will not be charged more than $1.00 unless you cancel your party within the time frames listed below. If you cancel your party 5 days or less before your party date, your credit card will be charged 50% of your party package. If you cancel your party 2 days or less before your party date, your credit card will be charged 100% of your party package.
  • When do I pay the remaining balance of my party?
    You pay the balance owed at check-in on the day of your party. You may pay the balance by cash or credit card. (PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED) All party packages are required to have a valid credit card on file in case of cancellation within 6 days of your party date. If you reserve your party within 7 days of your party date, you are required to pay 50% of your party package. If you reserve your party within 48 hours of your party date, you are required to pay 100% of your party package, including any party supplies ordered.
  • How do I get invitations for my party?
    You can download free invitations along with the wavier at and print them out at home.
  • What if I need to reschedule my party?
    Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before your party, less than 14 days a $25 rescheduling fee applies. Changing the date or time of your party will be considered as rescheduling.
  • Can I change the party I have booked to a different party package?
    You may adjust your package up to 2 days prior to your party. Your party package CAN NOT be adjusted the day of your party.
  • How long is the party?
    Each party will last about 2 hours. You will have 1 hour of time in the bounce arena, 50 minutes in the birthday celebration room and 15 minutes getting checked in and moving from place to place.
  • I don’t think 50 minutes is enough time in the party room, can we have it for longer?
    Based on our party scheduling, we cannot offer an extended stay in the party room, however, it is our experience that our party hosts do an excellent job of making the celebration, be it pizza, cake or gifts, fit the allowed time. Some parents choose to take unopened gifts home so that the children can enjoy their meal and good company in our facility and then open presents leisurely at home.
  • How early should we arrive before our scheduled party time?
    We suggest that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows plenty of time for collecting waivers and reviewing our safety rules. We suggest you put your party’s actual start time on the invitation and add the word PROMPT. If you put an earlier time on the invitation to ensure your guests arrive on time, it could negatively affect those guests who arrive early by causing them to have to wait much too long with their children. It is best to have as little waiting time as possible for the kids. Please be sure to inform your guests that if a child arrives late, he or she will lose play time in the inflatable arenas, as the party must start at its designated time.
  • What happens if my guests or I arrive late? Can I get a time extension?
    Unfortunately we cannot extend your party time when you or your guests arrive late. We host back to back parties every day and staying on-schedule is critical to our guest satisfaction and operations. The party room has to be cleaned and decorated for the next party.  We appreciate you for understanding.
  • Will my party have a party host the entire time of my party?
    Your party host is at your service from start to finish unless you book the Partnership Party. In addition to supervising and assisting the children in the inflatable arenas, your party host will also set-up and serve your cake, food and drinks. Your party host will also take care of the clean-up.
  • Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
    For insurance purposes, all guests who are using our equipments must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian when they come to Jump-n-Jive. We suggest that you include our waiver with your birthday invitation. Additional waivers are available at the front desk or on our website.
  • Does each child need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family?
    No. All family members can be listed on the same waiver. We have extras on hand in case a child forgets to bring theirs.
  • Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
    Yes. However, keep in mind, we provide “generic” plates, cups, napkins and forks free of charge. If you would like to bring your own themed products (such as plates, napkins, cups and table cloths), just hand them to your party host as soon as you arrive, and they will take care of setting them up for you.
  • Can I bring my own goodie bags?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own goodie bags as long as they are assembled. We do recommend that you check out our goodie bags. We offer regular and toddler goodie bags for only $3.00 and they contain 10 items.
  • Can I bring confetti, silly string or streamers?
    To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. If you use them, you will be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
  • Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
    You are welcome to bring in your own cake or cupcakes, ice cream and drinks but no other food or snack items.
  • If I am bringing in my own cake, do I need to bring in my own plates and napkins?
    No, All paper and plastic products are included in your party package and we are more than happy to supply those.
  • When should I order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, & other options?
    We will call you 2 – 4 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you will have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options. Cake order needs to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your party.
  • Can I order extra pizza or other food once my party has begun?
    No. We must order food products the day before your party so that all meals are prepared to order with fresh ingredients. We do not maintain extra food products at the Jump-n-Jive premises.
  • What if my child has a food allergy?
    Please be sure to let us know if the birthday child or a guest has a food allergy. We go the extra mile to ensure that your party room has been cleaned and re-cleaned and there are no items which could potentially cause an allergy attack. We also maintain a nut free facility to ensure that children with any type of nut allergy are free to play without worry. If your child has a special diet please let us know and we will work with you to ensure your party is a success.
  • Can I have alcohol for the adults?
    Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed at Jump-n-Jive.
  • What about balloons?
    We offer a large selection of the most popular themes for children. Just ask if we have it in stock. If not, we will try to find a way to get it for you.
  • Do you have a special party chair for the guest of honor?
    Our special chair makes the guest of honor the center of attention while opening their presents.
  • Will I be charged for infants or adults?
    No, Any parent/ guardian/teacher/chaperone assisting the children and all children UNDER 2 (with accompanying child who is a guest) are NOT considered guests, and will not be charged. All others are included in the head count.
  • Will another party be sharing the inflatable arenas or party room with my party?
    If you have purchased a party package, you may be sharing the bounce arena with either another birthday party or other open bouncers. The Party Room is private for any type of party.
